My Multiplication goal
I am learning to solve multiplication problems by using repeated addition and arrays.
Success Criteria
· I can form sets of equal numbers.
· I can count forwards in groups of equal numbers.
· I can count back in groups of equal numbers.
· I can recognise the connection between repeated addition and multiplication

Barath, you have been learning to solve multiplication problems using arrays. You are still working on understanding how arrays and repeated addition can help you solve multiplication problems. To solve 4 rows of 7 you could use your skip counting e.g. 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28. Your next step is to continue to use arrays to help you solve multiplication problems and memorise your times tables, in particular your 3, 4 and 6 times tables.
