My Reading Prediction.

I have learnt to give detailed predictions about the story.

I like the way I described Miss Maisey because I used like and as. I also liked that I talked about the animals in the story.

I'm proud that I used similes to make my prediction sound better.

Barath Basic Facts Speed Test Graph

During the week we practise our basic facts for our homework. On Fridays we have a speed test where we try to complete 100 facts in 6 minutes 30 seconds. This graph shows my scores so far.

I like this because I never had a 97 before.

When I look at this graph I can see that I improved in my mathematics.

Art Portraits

Barath WALT sketch a face by following grid guidelines to make each feature on the face in proportion. First we drew a picture of what we thought we looked like. I thought my before picture was not bad, just the face was a bit to circled. After a few art lessons we learned how to sketch a grid across the shape of our face to help us draw each feature in proportion.   I thought my after picture was pretty much okay even though I didn’t finish it. The eyes were better then my last picture.
